Pregnacare Original is a prenatal multivitamin with 19 nutrients, formulated for women who are planning a pregnancy or are already pregnant. It contains folic acid, which contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy, and zinc, which contributes to normal reproductive health. It provides the vitamin D advised during pregnancy and breastfeeding and avoids excessive levels of iron and other nutrients. It does not contain vitamin A, as high levels are not advised in pregnancy.
How to use
How to use
Take 1 tablet per day with your main meal, swallowed with water or a cold drink. Do not chew it, do not exceed the recommended intake, and take it on a full stomach only. It can be taken during all stages of pregnancy, and this formula replaces other Pregnacare multivitamins, so there is no need to take an additional multivitamin.
