Osteocare Liquid is an orange-flavoured calcium supplement that combines calcium with vitamin D3, magnesium, and zinc, which contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. How to use

  • Children 1 to 2 years: 1 teaspoonful twice daily
  • Children 3 to 12 years: 2 teaspoonfuls, 2 to 3 times daily
  • Adults (men and women): 2 teaspoonfuls twice daily
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding: 2 teaspoonfuls twice daily
