Valuemed Essentiale Q4 Plus is a food supplement based on folic acid in its active form, Quatrefolic®, combined with vitamin B12. Folate and vitamin B12 both contribute to normal psychological function, and vitamin B12 also contributes to normal red blood cell formation. Folate also contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy, which makes it a good choice for women planning a pregnancy or already pregnant. Each tablet provides 400 mcg of Quatrefolic® folate and 1000 mcg of vitamin B12, in a convenient once-daily dose.

How to use
Take 1 tablet per day. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep away from the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light and heat sources.
