Surveal Someril is a food supplement based on melatonin and calming plant extracts of passionflower, valerian and chamomile, designed to improve sleep quality. Melatonin contributes to reducing the time taken to fall asleep and to alleviating subjective feelings of jet lag, without addiction, while the soothing action of passionflower helps you relax, cope with daily stress and promote sleep. It is useful when the day and night rhythm is disrupted by night work, jet lag, stress or lack of daylight.

How to use
Take 1 capsule per day, 30 minutes before going to sleep. A food supplement should not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Not recommended for children, adolescents, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not drive or use machinery for 4 to 5 hours after taking melatonin. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking other medicines. Do not use for an extended period. Store in a dry place away from light and heat.
