Surveal Foladin Multi+DHA is a food supplement based on DHA, vitamins and minerals, specially developed to meet the needs of women from the moment they consider becoming pregnant and through pregnancy and lactation. One capsule provides 200 mg of algae DHA together with Quatrefolic and folic acid. DHA is particularly important during pregnancy: it contributes to the normal development of the brain and eyes of the foetus and the breast-fed child, an effect obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA in pregnant and breastfeeding women, in addition to the recommended daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids for adults. Each box contains 30 capsules.

How to use
Take 1 capsule per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice; consumption must be limited to a few weeks or months. A food supplement should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool and dry place.
