Solgar Oceanic Silica is a food supplement providing silica from red algae powder (Lithothamnium calcareum). Each vegetable capsule provides 54 mg of silica, supplying 25 mg of elemental silicon. Suitable for vegans and free of sugar, salt, gluten, wheat, dairy, soy and yeast, with no preservatives or artificial flavours or colours. Each bottle contains 50 vegetable capsules.

How to use
