Solgar Full Spectrum Omega is a wild salmon oil supplement that provides the essential omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA to support heart health, immune function and joint health. The salmon oil is sustainably sourced from Nordic waters and naturally contains a full spectrum of omegas (omega-3, 5, 6, 7 and 9) as well as vitamin D3 and astaxanthin. Each serving of two softgels provides 2400 mg of salmon oil with 500 mg of total omega-3s. Free of gluten, wheat, yeast, sugar, salt, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners and artificial colors.

How to use
For adults, take two (2) softgels daily, preferably with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if pregnant, nursing, taking medications or having a medical condition. Not intended for use by persons under 18. Keep out of reach of children.
