Scarmed Silicon Gel is a silicone gel for the management of new and existing scars, helping prevent scar development and aiding the healing of damaged skin surfaces. It forms a protective, waterproof layer once dry that shields the skin from microbial and chemical irritants, and helps manage scars resulting from surgery, chronic wounds, burns, acne and other skin conditions. With a non-sticky, fast-drying texture, it provides 24-hour coverage when applied as directed, relieves the itching and discomfort associated with scars, and is suitable for all body areas including the face and neck, for sensitive skin and for children.
How to use
How to use
Clean the affected area with water and dry it. Apply the gel in a very thin layer and massage it into the scar and the surrounding skin using a circular motion. Allow the gel to dry for 4 to 5 minutes; any surplus gel can be removed with a cloth or tissue. Apply twice a day, in the morning and at bedtime. For external use only, avoid contact with the eyes and do not use on open wounds.
