Use 2 to 3 times a week as a 1-month treatment. After shampooing, apply a walnut-sized amount to towel-dried hair. For damaged hair, leave on for 3 to 5 minutes; for very damaged and dry hair, leave on for 5 to 10 minutes. Detangle and rinse thoroughly.
