How to use
Shake well before use, then apply only to the targeted area. Adjust the amount of product to the desired intensity of the heating effect, with a maximum of 1 application per day (1.2 g per day = 20 roller turns). The roller ball is ideal for self-massaging localized areas: apply pressure with your fingers to the area and massage for 1 to 10 minutes to relieve painful muscles and joints. Wash your hands after use.
