Plameca Melanoctina Drops is a high concentration sublingual melatonin food supplement with a lemon flavor, providing 1.95 mg of melatonin per 0.5 ml. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep; the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime.

How to use
Shake before use. Remove the stopper from the bottle and fill the supplied syringe with 0.5 ml (equivalent to 1.95 mg of melatonin) half an hour before going to sleep, and keep the liquid under your tongue. It is advisable to take this product always at the same time. Population groups at risk should seek professional advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Store in a cool, dry place and keep out of reach of young children.
