PharmaSuisse Notty is a food supplement based on Sedax, a blend of vegetable extracts (valerian, California poppy, hawthorn, passion flower and lemon balm), together with melatonin and vitamin B6, for a physiologic rest. California poppy promotes relaxation and mental well-being, while lemon balm and valerian contribute to relaxation (sleep and stress). Lemon balm also helps to promote a normal mood, and passion flower and hawthorn complete the plant blend. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep and to minimize jet-lag effects, and vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Gluten free.
How to use
How to use
Take 1 tablet a day, preferably in the evening before bedtime or in case of need. Keep out of the reach of children under three years old. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and must be used within a healthy lifestyle.

Per tablet: Sedax™ 250 mg, Melatonin 5 mg, Vitamin B6 6 mg (428% NRV).
