Novadiet Capilare is a nutricosmetic food supplement in soft capsules designed to nourish hair and nails from within. It combines evening primrose oil, fish oil (EPA and DHA) and macadamia nut oil with the sulfur amino acids L-methionine and L-cystine, plus iron, zinc, selenium, vitamin E, vitamins B2, B6, B12 and biotin. Biotin, zinc and selenium contribute to the maintenance of normal hair, and zinc and selenium to the maintenance of normal nails.

How to use
Take 2 capsules a day at breakfast with water. Recommended daily dose: 2 capsules. In case of pregnancy or breastfeeding, consult a healthcare professional. Do not take if you are allergic to any of its ingredients.

Capsule shell: water, gelatin, glycerin, colorants (yellow and black iron oxide, Patent Blue V).
Per 2 capsules: evening primrose oil 300 mg (30 mg GLA), fish oil 100 mg (18 mg EPA, 12 mg DHA), macadamia nut oil 10 mg, L-methionine 150 mg, L-cystine 60 mg, L-valine 8 mg, L-threonine 8 mg, iron 14 mg, zinc 10 mg, selenium 55 µg, vitamin E 12 mg, vitamin B6 1.4 mg, vitamin B2 1.4 mg, biotin 50 µg, vitamin B12 2.5 µg (100% NRV).
