As a dietary supplement, adults and children aged 2 years and over chew two Tumees daily.

Each serving of 2 Tumees contains 60 mg of Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), 15 calories, 4 g of carbohydrate (3 g of it added sugars) and 10 mg of sodium. The other ingredients are glucose syrup, sugar, water, pectin, citric acid, natural flavor, purple carrot juice concentrate (for color) and turmeric (for color). They contain no gelatin, wheat (gluten), milk, eggs, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, artificial flavors, animal derivatives or preservatives.
