Each serving of 2 Tumees contains 70 mg of Omega-3 fatty acids from fish oil, including 50 mg of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and 10 mg of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid). It also has 15 calories, 4 g of carbohydrate (3 g of it added sugars) and 10 mg of sodium. The other ingredients are glucose syrup, sugar, water, pectin, citric acid and natural flavors, plus purple carrot juice concentrate and turmeric (both for color). It contains fish. It contains no wheat (gluten), milk, eggs, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, artificial flavors or preservatives.
