Lifeplan cod liver oil contain the finest cod liver oil, which naturally provide EPA and DHA and are enriched with vitamin A and D. Cod liver oil capsules each providing 100% of the nutrient reference value (nrv) of vitamins A and D . Vitamin A assists in the metabolism of iron and contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes. It also helps to maintain normal vision and skin. Together with vitamin D, it helps the immune system. Vitamin D also helps to maintain healthy teeth and bones. These capsules also provide the omega 3 essential fatty acids, EPA and DHA. Contains no: added yeast, flavourings, colourings, or preservatives.
