Healthaid Omega 3 750 capsules are molecularly distilled to provide a purer form of fish oil, free from impurities and toxins, for improved digestion, absorption and efficacy. Omega 3 is a rich source of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), essential polyunsaturates. EPA and DHA contribute to the maintenance of normal brain and cardiovascular function, blood pressure and triglyceride levels, and normal vision.
Each capsule provides 750mg of Omega 3 (EPA 425mg, DHA 325mg).

Adults and children over 12 years: one to three capsules daily. Children over 6 years: one capsule daily.

Each capsule contains: Fish Oil concentrate 1250mg providing EPA 425mg, DHA 325mg (Total Omega 3: 750mg), Vitamin E 7.5mg.
