Freshpharma Sub12 provides 5000 mcg of vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin in a sublingual tablet taken once a week. Each box contains 10 sublingual tablets.
How to use
How to use
Place one tablet under your tongue for 2 minutes until it dissolves completely. Dose is one tablet per week, or as directed by your physician. Do not take Sub12 within 6 hours of sleep, as increased energy production can cause difficulty sleeping. Do not exceed the recommended dose and keep out of reach of children.
