Use as directed by your physician. Daily dosage: 1 mL (fill dropper to top line), dispensed directly into the mouth or mixed with formula, fruit juice, cereals or other foods. Keep out of reach of children; there is enough drug in this package to seriously harm a child. If used in an area where drinking water contains more than 0.7 p.p.m. fluoride or is chemically fluorinated, mottling of tooth enamel may result. Do not use if safety seal is broken. Store between 15 and 30°C.

Each 1 mL contains: Vitamin A 1500 IU, Vitamin D 400 IU, Vitamin C 30mg, Fluoride 0.25mg (supplied from vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D3, ascorbic acid and potassium fluoride). Non-medicinal ingredients: PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, butylated hydroxytoluene, disodium EDTA, sucralose, polyethylene glycol, propylene glycol, glycerin, sodium citrate dihydrate, sodium hydroxide, cherry flavour, caramel colour, purified water.
