They combine impact‑absorbing technology with targeted support to reduce shock and strain during walking or standing.
How to use
How to use
Remove existing insoles if removable.
Trim the orthotic to fit your shoe size using scissors (trim lines are printed on the insole).
Place the orthotic into the shoe with the fabric side facing up and ensure it lies flat.
Wear during walking or daily activities — replace every 6 months or when worn.
