Wash and thoroughly dry your feet, then firmly grip both sides of the bootie below the seam and tug apart to open it, slip one foot into each bootie, remove the backing film from the tab, and securely close it at the ankle for a snug fit; remove after 30 minutes and discard, then gently massage any remaining treatment into your feet and wipe off excess product with a towel. It's for external use only on the feet, and should be avoided on damaged, broken, irritated, sunburned, or eczema-prone skin, or on skin sensitive to bandages or adhesives; diabetics should consult a physician before use, and use should stop if skin becomes red, swollen, or itchy.
