How to use
Ensure the skin is clean, dry, and free of creams and oils. Remove the first backing film and place the cushion, adhesive side down, centered over the blister. Then remove the second backing film and firmly smooth the adhesive edge down onto the skin. Replace the cushion once it begins to loosen. If you have diabetes, poor blood circulation, or fragile skin, consult your doctor or podiatrist before use.
