Centrum Women is a complete A to Zinc daily multivitamin and multimineral supplement specially formulated for women. Each tablet provides a broad range of vitamins, including vitamins A, D, C, E and K, the B vitamins, biotin and 300 mcg of folic acid, together with minerals such as calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, iodine and selenium, to help fill nutritional gaps as part of a balanced diet. It is gelatin free and gluten free, with just one tablet a day for adults.

How to use
For adults: take 1 tablet a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product contains iron, which can be harmful to children if taken in large doses; if taken accidentally, call a doctor immediately. If taking other supplements, read the label, since supplements may contain the same ingredient. As with any supplement, consult your doctor before use, including if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Food supplements cannot replace a balanced diet. Close tightly and keep out of reach of children. Store below 25°C in the original package away from moisture, and keep the carton for the full information.
