Each drop provides Avocado Oil 40 mg, Vitamin D3 (from boreal lichen) 5 µg / 200 IU (100% NRV). Dosage scales up to 2 drops (80 mg avocado oil, 10 µg / 400 IU Vitamin D3, 200% NRV), 4 drops (160 mg avocado oil, 20 µg / 800 IU Vitamin D3, 400% NRV), or 5 drops (200 mg avocado oil, 25 µg / 1,000 IU Vitamin D3, 500% NRV).
