AMJ Menolistica by Holistica is a dietary supplement for women aged 40 and over, formulated to accompany the menopause period. It combines borage oil rich in gamma-linolenic acid, wild yam extract standardized in natural diosgenin, fish oil rich in omega-3 EPA and DHA, bladderwrack and sea lettuce with natural vitamin E, in fish gelatin capsules. Each box contains 60 capsules.

How to use
Take 3 capsules per day with meals. Alternate 3 weeks of use with 1 week of rest. Contains fish. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children.
