AMJ Holistifer is a dietary supplement based on iron bisglycinate, one of the forms of iron best absorbed by the body. It also contains Quatrefolic, the active form of folate, together with vitamins B2 and B12, which contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells, and vitamin C, which increases iron absorption. Each box contains 30 capsules.
How to use
How to use
Take 1 capsule per day, preferably 30 minutes before a meal, or as advised by your doctor. Avoid taking calcium supplements or dairy products 2 hours before or after taking Holistifer. Keep out of reach of children. Store away from light and humidity.
