Adults take one tablet daily as a dietary supplement, preferably with a meal. Store tightly closed in a dry place at controlled room temperature of 59-86°F. Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children: accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6; in case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.
