Alfa Cod Liver Oil is a dietary supplement providing 415 mg of cod liver oil per softgel, a natural source of vitamin A (1,250 IU), vitamin D (135 IU) and the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA (32 mg each). Vitamin A supports normal vision and immune function, vitamin D supports healthy bones, and EPA and DHA support heart health, making it a simple once-daily softgel for everyday wellness. Each bottle contains 100 softgels.

How to use

Adults: take one softgel daily as a dietary supplement, preferably with a meal. Store tightly closed in a dry place at controlled room temperature of 15-30°C (59-86°F). Do not use if the safety seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children.
