As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) tablet daily with any meal, or as directed by a healthcare provider. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6; keep this product out of reach of children, and in case of accidental overdose call a doctor or poison control center immediately. Do not use if the product appears tampered with or the seal is broken. Store at room temperature, not to exceed 30°C.
