Before any sun exposure, apply to an adult's face, reapplying frequently to maintain protection, especially after sweating, swimming, or toweling, as reducing this amount will significantly lower the level of protection.

For best results, take a small amount with the sponge and apply in small dabs all over the face and neck, then smooth it on.
